2. In the beginning of the school year teachers give their classes a "get to know you" worksheet. One sheet has many little boxes that have a statement. Such as, "I play an instrument" or, "I was born in a foreign country" What you have to do with this sheet is get a signature in each of the boxes. Follow? No? I'll explain later. One time we were doing this in health. And yes, one of the boxes was, " I was born in a foreign country" So one person walks up to me and says, "Where were you born?"
I say, " Uhhh Utah...?"
He says, "Oh great! Can you sign your name right there? (pointing to foreign country box)"
America, I pity thee.
4. I think I'm going to have Swedish meatballs for my birthday dinner, along with something made out of potatoes.
5. Today (Tuesday 10/23) I took a pre-test in biology today on biochemistry. I got a 89% (40/45)! Which was so much more than I thought was was gonna get.

I had to read the list twice; I noticed the missing #3 (at the start of #4, of course. *sigh* It's not a "gift," it's a debilitating mental illness. Nothing ever simply passes through my eyes and quietly settles into my brain. NOTHING. Everything gets noticed: typos, odd sequences, abused apostrophes... everything. But I suspect you know exactly what I mean, so - yeah. I'll stop now.) and got so distracted I couldn't remember anything when I reached the end.
Not that I'm complaining, mind you. A second reading of a fine post is a fine thing.
Also you've given me a nice, cryptic insult for the next annoyingly opinionated person I meet: "You're one of those orange people, aren't you."

Loved this! And you ARE Apple Pie. You know, Becca's nickname is AppleBrown...shortened to Apple. I think we should give you an additional nickname...ApplePie. I'll simply call you Pie...which may morph in to BeanPie.
